Introduction

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad AS deeply loved and respected Ahlul Bayt. His writings are filled with praise, admire and respect for the family of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Even his visions testify to the love he had for the family of Prophet Muhammad SAW.

But as is the case with all disbelievers, the enemies of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (AS) are no different. Filthy minded Anti-Ahmadis allege that the Promised Messiah (AS) wrote sexual or indecent stuff about Fatima (RA). They further claim that this indecent writing takes one outside the fold of Islam. Let’s take a look at that ‘indecent’ writing.

Refutation

This is the passage:

“At this point, I recall a very clear vision which was as follows: After Maghrib prayer, while I was fully awake, I was overtaken by a slight numbing of my faculties […] and had a wonderful experience. First, there was a sound of some people walking fast […] and then five very dignified, holy and handsome personages came into my vision. They were the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, Hazrat Ali, Hasan, Husain and Fatimah al-Zahra, may Allah be pleased with all of them. One of them, and I think it was Hazrat Fatimah, may Allah be pleased with her, out of great affection and kindness, like a loving mother, placed this humble one’s head upon her thigh. Then I was given a book concerning which I was told, ‘It is a commentary on the Holy Quran, which has been compiled by Ali and now Ali bestows it upon you.’فالحمد‭ ‬للّٰه‭ ‬على‭ ‬ذلك [Allah be praised for all this]”
[Barahin-e-Ahmadiyya, Part 4, pg. 389-390]

Can anyone point out the blasphemy in the quote above? Where is the indecent and sexual passage that the Anti-Ahmadis talk about? Their minds are filled with filth and indecent thoughts themselves.

Lastly, these filthy minded Anti-Ahmadis should start with the Takfir of their own saints and scholars. For example, Hazrat Syed Abdul Qadir Jilani RH – a highly respected scholar and saint in Islamic history – narrated his vision:

“And that I saw in the dream that I was in the lap of Hazrat Aishara and she suckled me from the right side and then the left. At the same time, Hazrat Muhammadsa came inside.”
[Qala‘idul-Jawahir fi Manaqib, Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani, published in Egypt, p. 57]

Furthermore, the leading scholar of the Deobandis, Ashraf Ali Thanvi, writes:

“Once, I was very ill and I was extremely afraid of dying. I then saw Hazrat Fatimahra in a dream and she embraced me to her chest, and I got well.”
[Malfuzat by Ashraf Ali Thanvi, Vol. 8, p. 65]

Conclusion

This clearly shows us that when the top scholars and saints of these Anti-Ahmadis see dreams of being embraced by Hazrat Fatimah RA or being suckled by Hazrat Aisha RA, it’s all seen as pious and spiritual, and these are readily accepted as signs of nearness to Allah.

However, when Allah vouchsafes a vision of profound love and dignity to His beloved Messiah and Mahdi, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad AS, it is attacked and misrepresented as disrespect. This double standard only exposes their bias and proves that they do not judge by the truth at all.

We will end this refutation article by quoting our beloved Imam Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V, Mirza Masroor Ahmad (ABA) who beautifully answered this allegation in his Friday Sermon on 28 August 2020:

The maulvis [clerics] who have polluted minds raise allegations against this extract where the Promised Messiahas has written that Hazrat Fatimahra placed his head on her thigh. The Promised Messiahas is saying this in context to how a mother shows affection to her child; however, how can one explain this to these people whose minds are polluted? When ordinary Muslims hear their statements, they think that Hazrat Fatimahra has been dishonoured, God forbid. Even though the Promised Messiahas clarifies it further by saying just how affectionate she was to him just like that of a mother [to her child].
[Friday Sermon, 28 August 2020]

Promised Messiah (AS) says:

All languages were created by God. One should do dua in Salat, in whatever language one is comfortable; because it affects the heart and produces humility.

Be sure to read the divine words in Arabic and learn its meaning but do dua in your own language. Those who perform Salat hastily and make long dua later are ignorant of the truth.

Salat is a time for dua. Pray a lot in Salat.

[Al Hakam, May 24, 1901]

Khalifatul Masih V (ATBA) answers the question “Why do we not raise our hands and pray like the other [non-Ahmadi] Muslims?“

As for those of your Pakistani friends or any others that raise their hands after prayer, ask them: did the Holy Prophet (sa) pray in this manner after the Salat?

This is not proven from the practice of the Holy Prophet (sa) that he would raise his hands to pray after Salat. Salat in itself is a prayer. The essence of worship is Salat. This is what has been mentioned in a Hadith. The most fundamental and basic aspect of prayer is Salat.

If we do not pray in Salat, then the Promised Messiah (as) has written that it is the equivalent of visiting a king, sitting down in his royal court, and when he asks “what do you require?,” one remains quiet and after that returns, or sits down and says things in a manner whereby they do not understand the request themselves, but then when they come out of his royal court, the person raises their hands and says “Your royal highness, please grant me such and such thing”. Is there any logic in this?

Therefore we pray in Salat, and whatever we wish to ask of Allah the Almighty, we ask for it in Salat. Praying afterwards is the same as abstaining from asking about one’s actual request and then enquiring about it after one has left.

This is something that one’s intellect cannot accept. For this reason we do not pray [after Salat] and nor is it proven from the practice of the Holy Prophet (sa) that he would raise his hands after Salat to pray.

We adopt those practices that were carried out by the Holy Prophet (sa). If the Holy Prophet (sa) raised his hands after Salat [to pray] then we would have done the same. However, reason rejects this practice altogether.
