The Messiah will come in the 14th Century

“In many Saheeh Ahadith it has come that the Promised Messiah will arrive at the beginning of a century, and he will be the Reformer of the fourteenth century.”

یُدَ بِّرُ الْاَمْرَ مِنَ السَّمَائِ اِلَی الْاَرْضِ ثُمَّ یَعْرُجُ اِلَیْہِ فِی یَوْمٍ کَانَ مِقْدَارُہٗ اَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّوْنَ (السجدہ: ۶)

“Then shall it go up to Him in a day the duration of which is a thousand years.” (32:6)

Some people may look at Zubair Ali Zai’s grading of Dha’eef and think all Ulema have graded this hadith Dha’eef however some ulema did grade it Sahih.

Al Mustadrak Graded it Sahih.

  “Perhaps the definite article Al in the word al-mi’atain refers to that period of 200 years as well following 1000 years (meaning 1200) and this is the time of the advent of the Mahdi as well”

Hazrat Hudhaifa Bin Yaman(ra) stated: “Allah will send the Mahdi after 1240 A.H”

Abdul Wahab Al-Sha’rani says that the Mahdi will be born after 200 years plus an additional 1000 years.

Kitab al-yawaqit wa al-jawahir fi bayan ‘aqa’id al-akabir

Abdul Wahab Al-Sha’rani then references another scholar scholar, Shaykh Taqi udeen bin Abi Al Mathsoor when describing his aqeedah about the yawm he belives in the ending 100 years of that yawm the signs will start to appear. And based on a hadith, he says that in the final hundred years the signs with appear. Basically Islam will become weak and then after 1200 the Mahdi will come and fix things. Allama Shibli Nomani also agreed that the Mahdi would be born in 1200 AH. Source
